Control the Camera During Final Fantasy XIII-2's Event Scenes:
This is going to be the shortest update you ever read about Final Fantasy XIII-2. In fact, you've already read it! The usual flying get sources are reporting that a magazine, possibly Famitsu Xbox 360, reveals that Final Fantasy XIII-2 will let you move the camera around during event scenes. [SOURCE]

Final Fantasy XIII Sells 60 Million Copies
Final Fantasy XIII might not have been a huge hit with JRPG fans the world over, but speaking to X360A at E3 recently about next year’s Final Fantasy XIII-2, Final Fantasy Producer Yoshinori Kitase, told us that the title had enjoyed “commercial success” and sold over 6 million copies to date.
Back in 2009, Square Enix CEO, Yoichi Wada, made it clear that the company was expecting Final Fantasy XIII to sell 6 million units worldwide and when Kitase was talking about why they decided to go with a direct sequel, he mentioned that the company reached that goal.
“If we were going to make a numbered title, obviously we’d have to make it from scratch, and that takes a really long time,” said Kitase. “Final Fantasy XIII only came out in March of last year, so literally only over a year, so it’s quite a short turnaround. Because Final Fantasy XIII has been so popular, we’ve also enjoyed commercial success – shifting over 6 million copies – so instead of taking a long time to make a new Final Fantasy title, we wanted to make a direct sequel.”
Final Fantasy XIII-2 according to both Kitase and Final Fantasy Director, Motomu Toriyama, has been created with fan and critic feedback in mind and although FFXIII wasn’t a critical success, it clearly has the sales figures to back it up. Square Enix are obviously looking for both this time around. [SOURCE]
