Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII's debut trailer from this week drew a lot of attention in part because of the catchy, electronic song it featured. If the song made sweet, sweet love to your ears then you'll be pleased to know that the track, entitled "Crimson Blitz," can now be purchased through iTunes.
"Crimson Blitz" was composed by Masashi Hamauzu. Hamauzu was responsible for the soundtracks of FFXIII and FFXIII-2 as well. "Blitz" is actually a remix of "Blinded by Light," the battle theme he composed for FFXIII. Returns will mark the end of the FFXIII trilogy. The game stars Lightning, who has woken up from a long crystal sleep. She discovers that the world is going to end in thirteen days. She races through the island chain of Novus Partus in a desperate bid to stop the cataclysm.
"Blitz" can be downloaded for $0.69. It's the only track released from the game's soundtrack thus far. [SOURCE]
